Next steps
Following the granting of outline planning consent in May 2022, we are turning to the next stages in the development process, proceeding with the discharge of some planning conditions and the undertaking of the detailed design and layout of the scheme through a process called the Reserved Matters stage.
We are submitting a series of Reserved Matters Applications with the first focussing on infrastructure, specifically the main Spine Road which will run through the development.
We are committed to future consultation as the detailed design is developed during the Reserved Matters stage.
