Drop-in event

On Friday 15th March, we held a community drop-in event at Newbury Rugby Club. The event provided an opportunity for residents to meet with the project team and ask questions.

The event highlighted what has been approved under the outline consent and the project team provided an update on the work undertaken since then and explained the next steps.

The information displayed at this event is available to download below.

Next steps

Following the grant of planning consent, we are turning to the next stages in the development process, namely providing detailed technical information to satisfy a number of conditions before proceeding with the detailed design and layout of the scheme.

On Friday 15th March, we held a community drop-in event at Newbury Rugby Club.

We wanted to provide an opportunity for residents to meet with the project team, highlight what has been approved under the outline consent, update on what the project team has been working on since the grant of consent and explain our next steps.

This was an informal update event, where Bloor Homes along with the technical team were on hand to answer questions.

We are committed to consultation in the future as the detailed design is developed during the Reserved Matters stage.
